The Bank of the Future is digital and allows customers to bank remotely, Petia Dimitrova stressed in an interview with “24 Chasa“ Daily newspaper, noting that the bank’s strategy will continue to focus on the development of digital banking channels, providing customers with invaluable advantage to bank themselves in a time and place chosen by them.
Companies and households continue to actively seek new loans and increase their deposits, Dimitrova commented during her participation in the conference “Banks and Business”, organized by Capital. She pointed out that the quality of loan portfolios remains good, which was helped by the program for deferral of credit obligations.
Speaking to Forbes, the CEO and Chairperson of the Management Board of Postbank said that on the one hand Postbank sees digitalization as a tool aimed at end customers, but also seeks to help the environment develop in this direction. The bank will continue to offer more innovations so that customers can choose from a wide range of products and services.
