When you work in one of the largest and most innovative banks, which changes the market every day, which has nearly 3,000 employees, you have the unique opportunity to constantly participate in the active exchange of ideas and different views of the world. At Postbank we encourage creativity and innovation, diversity; we give way to the bold ideas. These are among the most important things that I, as a manager, hold on to and I believe that they work flawlessly.

Another key understanding I share is the importance of corporate social responsibility for the prosperity of society as a whole. Implementing projects with added value for the environment in priority areas such as education, ecology, promotion of entrepreneurship is a long-term commitment for us.

I also believe that one must be well prepared and that one should want to learn from every person and from every situation in order to move forward. The only thing that no one can teach you is experience – it is acquired only personally in situations in which people find themselves on a daily basis. If I have to sum it up in one sentence that I learned from one of my former managers: “Experience is not transferable”.

“The only thing no one can teach you is experience – it is only acquired personally in the situations one finds oneself in.”
